Rev Ould with Dr Ould sat on him yesterday evening at the wedding reception of friends. We had just returned from Oxford where Dr Ould had officially become Dr Ould in a ceremony full of Latin and bowing.
And for those who want to know – Yes – after a while the feeling in the legs does go…
Congratulations (or should I say Congraduations!) Dr. Ould!
And congratulations PeterandGayle! (No, that’s not a typo…. The two become one!)

Congratulations – we just celebrated our 32nd and it just gets better year after year!

Congratulations! What a delightful photo – Gayle looks even more beautiful than she did on her wedding day, if that were possible – with added contentment!
We are a year further on than Stephen and Carol, and agree that it gets better!

No one could describe
the Word of the Father;
but when He took flesh from you, O Theotokos,
He consented to be described, and restored the fallen image to its former beauty.
We confess and proclaim our salvation in word and image.

4th Week after Trinity
Almighty God,
you have broken the tyranny of sin
and have sent the Spirit of your Son into our hearts
whereby we call you Father:
give us grace to dedicate our freedom to your service,
that we and all creation may be brought
to the glorious liberty of the children of God;
through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.
God’s Word
