Had some fun doing an interview with BBC Radio Shropshire this afternoon, but had some awful foldback in my ears - kept hearing myself about half a second after I spoke which was very disconcerting!! Was in one of the first radio studios in the UK, where Marconi began public broadcasts in 1920, and to be honest, a bit of the equipment looked as though it was still the original.
But radio is not all woe in the Ould household, as the £30 DAB radio I bought from Aldi earlier this week is doing sterling work in my office!! DAB radio for £30!!! Amazing….
