Yesterday’s proceedings of the Public Bill Committee are now online, but there is no reference to Clause 58. The committee will meet again on the 10th, the 24th, the 26th, the 3rd of March and the 5th of March. As yet there is no indication of the subject matter to be discussed, but given the pace they are working through the Bill, I expect Clause 58 to come up either on the 10th or the 24th.
