Papa and Reuben
To celebrate getting the site back up, here’s a photo of your hero and his offspring. More photos at Gayle’s site.
Isn’t he adorable? Reuben’s pretty neat as well….

What else I’m getting up to…
When not dissecting gay liturgies, this is still the other obsession of my life.

Fantastic New Blog
Normally I don’t tell you all about new blogs I’ve found that I think are marvellous, but I think in the case of the extraordinarily beautiful and attractive (not to mention sexy) author of 42 Inches, I will make an exception.

Dark Blue
With Revd Ould and Dr Ould both having degrees from a certain academic establishment, you know what you can do tomorrow if you’re a Tab don’t you?

Back in Town
We were away for the past week so hence the lack of blogging (or replying to comments). Back now (via 4d baby scans, baby shows, brand new buggies and car seats etc), though still technically on holiday till next week. Loads to blog, but for the moment let me send you the way of this [...]

23 Weeks
Yes, I’ve been a bit lax on this over Christmas and the New Year, but we’re back in the game today.
Our child is 23 weeks old.
Your baby now weighs a little over one pound/ 500 grams and measures about 11.4 inches/ 29 centimetres from crown to heel. Her hearing is well established and she can [...]

15 Weeks
Our child is 15 weeks old

Although you’ve probably gained between 5 and 10 pounds / 2.2 - 4.5 kilograms, the [...]

14 Weeks
Our child is 14 weeks old
Crown to rump, our baby is around 3 and a half inches / 9 centimetres long and weighs one and a half ounces / 43 grams. The body is now growing faster than the head. This week, its parchment-thin skin covers itself with lanugo (ultra-fine, downy hair that usually disappears [...]

13 Weeks
Our child is 13 weeks old
The fetus is now nearly 3 inches / 7 to 8 centimetres long from crown to rump and weighs nearly an ounce / 23 grams — about half a banana. Its unique fingerprints are already in place. And when you poke your stomach gently and she feels it, our baby [...]

The Wonders of Technology
How fantastic is this? My new laptop (running Vista Home Premium) has bluetooth enabled so the moment my new phone (Nokia 6120) comes anywhere near it it automatically does a synchronisation.
No cables, no buttons to press.
Automatically.
Almost as exciting as hearing you’re going to be a father. Did I mention that?
