Again from a source in Tanzania - I have copied them straight over and will tidy up ASAP.
Spokesmen today Philip Aspinall (PA) and Drexel Gomez (DG).
Jonathan Jennings (JJ) briefed about this afternoon.

Hot off the press, this from the Province of Nigeria website:
SITTING AT THE LORD’S TABLE:
A statement from Global South Primates
A number of the Global South Primates have not shared in the Holy Eucharist today with their fellow primates. They include Abp. Peter Akinola, Abp John Chew, Abp. Benjamin Nzimbi, Abp Justice [...]

From Inclusive Church
Several times +Peter has gone in and out of the primates’ compound to a room upstairs where conservatives have been huddled. Last time he passed through, Peter was accompanied by a security guard and Mrs. Martyn Minns.
Though the exact agenda is not known to us, it is believed that the afternoon session has [...]
Janani Luwum, Primate of Uganda, was martyred today, 30 years ago. He would not compromise on Biblical truth and he paid the ultimate price. You can read more of his martyrdom here.
O God, by whose providence the blood of the martyrs is the seed Of the Church: Grant that we who remember before you [...]

Summary:
The Communion Sub-Committee findings betray a serious lack of study and care. There are gaping inaccuracies and unwarranted assumptions throughout the document. The mistakes are so glaring that the work appears more motivated by apologetic concerns than investigative care.
I pray the primates reject it.
It’s an absolute blinder and a must read. Go and look [...]

George is doing a fantastic job out in Tanzania and has highlighted key points from Aspinall’s press conference:
“Asked where this report left The Episcopal Church, Archbishop Aspinall said “the question has to wait until tomorrow,” but that it was “fair to say that more work needed to be done.” … The four [...]

David Lambert just made a really important comment on my press conference report:
It strikes me that, as has already been identified by at least one commentator, the real issues are NOT to do with whether a literal reading of convention resolutions leads to an understanding of the response to the Windsor Report, or whether those [...]
Have a careful read again of David Anderson’s press release just an hour ago. Look again at these two sentences:
“The primates are expected to make a decision on TEC’s status in the Communion, and on the requests by U.S. orthodox for alternative primatial oversight, before their meeting ends Monday, Feb. 19″ [...]
The AAC have flatly rejected the sub-group’s report. Quite right too - the report was written half a year ago and events since then have demonstrated clearly that TEC and Schori in particular aren’t even vaguely interested in being doctrinally orthodox, let alone “Windsor Compliant”.
The American Anglican Council (AAC) finds a report released today by [...]
Via sources on the ground. Ruth G has more analysis. Aspinall of Australia was main speaker. These are notes taken by hand at the press conference and therefore are somewhat “rough and ready” in parts:
Aspinall: Though the TEC did not use the precise language of the WR it did the most that could have been [...]

The ACO has published the report by the ACC sub-group on whether TEC has responded adequately to the Windsor Report. It’s not good reading as some at Stand Firm are pointing out.
But all is not lost. Read the report carefully:
The Primates gathered at Dromantine in February 2005 adopted three specific requests to the Episcopal Church [...]
